wHEN staying in YOUR own rv:

in recognition that guests who work in local plants have no control over changing assignments, a pro-rated daily rate will apply to the final month of your stay for those in their own rvs. The pro-rate will BE based on the type of site you rented: $19/Day if your site was $425/month; $20/Day if $450/month; $22/Day if $500/month; and $23/Day if your site was $525/month. any remaining balance will be refunded to your credit card.

wHEN STAYING IN OUR RENTAL RVS, WE HAVE AGREED TO PRORATE THE $1,000 MONTHLY RENTAL FOR YOUR FINAL MONTH BY CHARGING A DAILY RATE OF $60 AND REFUNDING ANY OVERPAYMENT TO YOUR CREDIT CARD. PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT BY STATE LAW CHANGING TO A DAILY RATE REQUIRES THE OBLIGATION TO PAY hOTEL OCCUPANCY TAX OF 13%.
