Housekeeping and Maid service
is NOT provided for RV and or Cabin rentals. All guests are responsible for cleaning and for laundry service
Electric
All weekly and Extended rates exclude electric. Electric is billed at 14 cents per KW
Cancellations:
Cancellation fee for RV sites is $25 if made more than 48 hours in advance of expected arrival. No refund if less than 48 hours prior to check-in. Holidays require FULL payment in advance. NO Refunds on Holidays. Holidays include Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas. All reservation deposits must be made using a credit card.
Cancellation fee for Rental RV's , Cabins and Bay House is equal to one night's rental if more than 48 hours notice. Less than 48 hours notice NO refund at all including the deposit.

Cabins: All rates are for 2 adults. $10 for each additional person per day.
Cable and Wi-Fi are included at no extra charge.
NO SMOKING OR PETS IN ANY SERENDIPITY CABINS, RV's OR HOUSES
$500 FINE - NO EXCEPTIONS.
ALL deposits will be kept on file until your departure.
Trailered Boat– $5 per day with daily RV Site or Rental unit
Trailered Boat - $15 for weekly RV or Rental unit
